Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas’ mysterious horror thriller Kishkindhapuri is getting ready for release on September 12th. The glimpse, and the first single from the movie generated curiosity. Today, the makers came up with the film’s teaser.
The story is set in a haunted house named Suvarnamaya in 1989. A girl in the house disappears in the night, and an old radio flickers to life, whispering a cryptic broadcast, “Akashavani returns… August 9, 1989.” The following episodes show the haunting premise of the movie, with intense faces of the lead cast.
Kishkindhapuri fuses period detail with ghostly horror, dragging the viewer into a story drenched in dread and intrigue. Director Koushik Pegallapati presented this unique story in an engaging and thrilling manner. Although the teaser doesn’t reveal much, yet it creates a lasting impact.
Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas appeared in a serious character, while the teaser also introduces another prominent character played by Anupama Parameswaran.
Chunmay Salaskar’s cinematography casts long shadows and longer chills, while Sam CS’s haunting score winds itself around the spine like a ghostly whisper. The grand production standards of Shine Screens can be witnessed in the promo.
Going by this horrifying teaser, Kishkindapuri is likely to offer chills in cinemas. The movie will hit the screens on September 12th.
