In a truly shocking incident, as many as 120 members of Bollywood star Ranveer Singh’s keenly awaited action thriller, Dhurandhar, were reportedly hospitalised due to food poisoning. All the crew members who fell sick after consuming food on set were rushed to a hospital on Sunday evening in Leh.
As per the reports, the patients had complained of severe abdominal pain, vomiting, and headaches after consuming a meal. The crew members were immediately admitted to the Sajal Narbu Memorial (SNM) Hospital in Leh for treatment, where doctors have confirmed food poisoning as the main cause. Apparently, over 600 crew members had eaten the same meal.
The reports further stated that most of the crew members have been stabilized and discharged following treatment. Meanwhile, authorities are still awaiting the food sample test results. It is still uncertain whether any of the high-profile cast and crew members, including Ranveer Singh, Sanjay Dutt, and Madhavan, were among the affected.
However, the filming of Dhurandhar is expected to continue despite the setback. The film is slated for release on December 5, 2025. The film’s teaser was released on Ranveer Singh’s birthday a few weeks ago, and it wowed fans with its high-voltage action and political drama.
