Megastar Chiranjeevi, Victory Venkatesh have flown together for 80s Stars reunion to Chennai, showcasing their solid friendship. After a three-year hiatus, the beloved stars reunion took place in an intimate meeting at Rajkumar Sethupathy and Sripriya residence rather than a big 5-Star hotel.
The evening was curated by Lissy Lakshmi, Poornima Bhagyaraj, Khushbu Sundar, and Suhasini Maniratnam. Their reunion showcased their friendship, unity, and solidarity. A total of 31 actors attended, traveling from across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and the Hindi film industry, including notable names like Jackie Shroff, and Prabhu.
The atmosphere was filled with warmth and camaraderie as the stars shared memories and reflections on cinema and life, celebrating the diversity that unites them beyond regional borders. From the photos shared, we could see how Chiranjeevi, Venkatesh, Sarathkumar and others are happy as one family.
“It was a quiet gathering of friends… to express unity, empathy, and gratitude for the bonds that have outlasted fame and time,” said organiser Lissy Lakshmi. The reunion reaffirms the enduring friendships forged in the 1980s, standing as a timeless symbol of unity and the steadfast spirit of Indian cinema.
