Srinidhi Shetty, who previously starred in high-octane action entertainers like the KGF series and HIT 3, is now set to surprise with a romantic entertainer for the first time in Telusu Kada, which hits theatres next week on October 17.
Expressing her excitement, Srinidhi shares, “After intense action films like KGF and HIT 3, which were filled with violence and bloodshed, Telusu Kada is a light-hearted film. It’s a refreshing change for me, and I truly believe everyone will enjoy it.”
She confirms that the film is packed with all the commercial elements. “Telusu Kada has love, emotion, laughter, and beautiful songs. After watching it, the audience will definitely feel like they’ve experienced a beautiful romantic drama.”
Talking about her experience working on the film, Srinidhi adds, “I had a great time working with director Neeraja Kona, Siddu, and Raashii Khanna. Neeraja is soft-spoken and very supportive. The audience is going to love Siddu’s character. He’s incredibly knowledgeable in every department. Raashii is very disciplined and focused.”
Speaking about her role in the film, she reveals, “There are a few similarities between me and my character, Raaga, but the role also has some grey shades. Personally, I’m not like that.”
Srinidhi also feels grateful to be associated with People Media Factory. “I consider myself lucky to work with them because of the passion the producers bring to the table.”
