Artificial Intelligence is turning out to be a bane for movie stars because fake images and vocals are being recreated for commercial purposes and also for a matter of few clicks. Actresses in particular are falling prey to this menace and facing embarassment because many unrealistic photos are being circulated on social media by some miscreants.
Recently, popular heroine Sai Pallavi fell victim for abuse of the latest technology when some of her photos from a vacation went viral. She later condemned them as fake pictures Now, OG actress Priyanka Arul Mohan landed in a similar situation as some of her AI generated images hit social media.
These artificial images from her ‘Suvvi Suvvi’ song look quickly went viral and gained traction of users. These images closely resemble the character she played in recent film OG with Pawan Kalyan in the lead role.
She quickly called out the unethical practice and urged users to be mindful of what is being created and shared. Priyanka took to her X account and posted “Some AI-generated images falsely depicting me have been circulating. Please stop sharing or spreading these fake visuals. AI should be used for ethical creativity and not misinformation. Let’s be mindful of what we create and what we share. Thank you”.
Priyanka Mohan played Pawan Kalyan’s wife Kanmani in OG. Her screen presence received good feedback from moviegoers and critics alike. She will be next seen in a Tamil film starring Kavin.
