Music director Thaman is known for being one of the most active and energetic personalities in Tollywood, both online and offline. He’s usually the first to promote his films on social media, often taking charge from the release of the first single until the movie hits theatres. His excitement, posts, and public appearances always create strong buzz for his projects.
But this time, things seem different with Telusu Kada. Despite composing the music and background score, Thaman has maintained complete silence around the film’s promotions. He was initially active when the first song Mallika Gandha was released, but as the movie neared its release, he suddenly stepped back. Unlike his usual routine, there were no posts, no interviews, and no pre-release event appearances from him.
Except for a single retweet from the production house, Thaman has stayed away from the film’s publicity. What’s surprising is that his work in the film has been well received, both the songs and the score have earned praise. Yet, Thaman’s silence has become a talking point in industry circles, sparking curiosity about whether there were creative differences with the team.
Only time will tell if Thaman chooses to open up about what really happened with Telusu Kada, but for now, his quietness around the project is louder than his music.
