Dulquer Salmaan is coming up with an intense period drama Kaantha which is set to release on the 14th of this month. Rebel Star Prabhas unveiled the film’s trailer today.

Kaantha tells the story of a rising actor and the mentor who shapes his early career. As the actor climbs to stardom, tensions erupt over a shared dream project, Shaantha. What begins as collaboration spirals into a clash of egos, ambition, and creative ownership, testing the limits of loyalty and friendship.

Director Selvamani Selvaraj crafts this narrative with remarkable sensitivity, capturing the subtle interplay between personal ambition and artistic integrity.

Dulquer Salmaan anchors the film with a stellar performance, transitioning from a hopeful newcomer to a superstar driven by pride and creative desire.
