Jr NTR and Prashanth Neel’s much-awaited pan-India project Dragon (working title) is set to resume shooting soon. A few days ago, some netizens created buzz on social media by linking the film with rumors about creative differences, but those speculations quickly faded once the facts were revealed.
According to reports, Prashanth Neel has decided to make Dragon in two parts. Some of the footage shot so far is said to be part of the second installment, while the first part will be filmed with new schedules and a fresh look for Jr NTR.
Meanwhile, director Koratala Siva, who is eagerly waiting to start Devara 2, is said to have everything ready. The team has made all arrangements to begin work as soon as Tarak becomes available. However, since the film has a massive star cast including Janhvi Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Bobby Deol, Prakash Raj, and Srikanth, managing dates will be a major challenge.
Fans need not worry about the sequel’s fate, as Devara 2 was officially confirmed with a poster on NTR’s birthday. If there is a delay in production, Koratala Siva might focus on his other projects as a producer. One of them reportedly features Naga Chaitanya, though it has not yet received final approval.
In today’s trend, sequels like Baahubali, KGF, and Pushpa were made quickly to maintain audience excitement. It remains to be seen when Devara 2 will go on floors and continue NTR’s powerful saga.
