During the trailer play, a sudden technical malfunction on the large LED screen irritated director S. S. Rajamouli. The issue came at the worst possible moment, with millions watching the live telecast.

According to industry buzz, Rajamouli was already upset because a drone camera operated without permission the previous night prevented the team from doing proper test checks. When the LED screen froze during the event, his frustration only grew.
