Balakrishna Nandamuri is always considered a star in Telugu cinema but of late, his reach across the pan-India is unparalleled. Especially after Akhanda, Balakrishna earned a fan base in North India as well. Now for Akhanda 2, Balakrishna is going all out to promote the film across pan-India which is quite surprising.
Speaking at song release event, Balakrishna said, “Akhanda 2 is not just a Telugu cinema. We are holding a function in Karnataka and in Chennai too. This is a very good film. The North audiences were mind blown when we released the teaser and the title song.”
This is the first time that Balakrishna is engaged in a promotional campaign like this and it is quite unexpected to see him taking more time for this project. Balayya has a lot of confidence in the film and trusted Boyapati that their combination will deliver another blockbuster. Their earlier films, Simha, Legend and Akhanda are huge hits.
Balakrishna also realised the potential of his movies doing more numbers across the North circuit which has been proven with all his recent films. So, with Akhanda 2, he is taking a step more to gain the pan-India success.
The film hits the screens on 5th of December.
