Can Aadhi Make A Strong Impact In Akhanda 2 ?

Villains in Boyapati Srinu’s films are often portrayed as powerful characters with formidable screen presence and ruthless demeanor. Just like his lead actors, the prime antagonist will have an impactful role in the narrative. In his earlier films, actors like Jagapathi Babu, Srikanth and Pradeep Rawat gained huge critical acclaim for their menacing performances. 

For his upcoming film Akhanda 2, Boyapati has chosen notable actor Adhi Pinisetty as the nemesis of Balakrishna. Audience are expecting that the mythological action drama will showcase an epic face-off between Balayya and Adhi Pinisetty in Boyapati Srinu’s trademark style. But, it was Balakrishna who completely stole the limelight in the teasers and trailers with his commanding screen presence. Aadhi Pinisetty appeared briefly and promises to delivery a fiery act in the negative role. 

Adhi Pinisetty has been struggling to revive his career due to a streak of disappointing films. He couldn’t score a promising hit neither as a lead actor nor as a character artist after his commendable performance in Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam. Akhanda 2 will be a career defining film for Adhi if he manages to match Balakrishna’s energy and high voltage performance. His role seems to have got plenty of scope to unleash a never-before-seen performance in his career. 

If Adhi Pinisetty makes a solid impact as villain in Akhanda 2 and the film emerges as a blockbuster, it will be a big boost for his low lying career. The film releases on December 5th.
