Visionary filmmaker Singeetam Sreenivasa Rao, known for redefining cinematic storytelling with classics like Aditya 369 and Pushpaka Vimanam, continues to keep his pulse on modern cinema. Meanwhile, he was all praise for the first song from the upcoming period love and sports drama Champion.
The song, Gira Gira Gingiraagirey, composed by Mickey J Meyer, pulsates with rustic beats and earthy charm. Sung with energy by Ram Miriyala and adorned with Kasarla Shyam’s lively lyrics, it’s a blend of folk vibrancy and contemporary sound design.
When Singeetam heard the song and also saw the visuals, featuring Roshan and Anaswara Rajan’s playful chemistry and spirited choreography, he couldn’t help but share his admiration with the team. He mentioned that since Vachinde from Fidaa, no song has captivated him quite like Gira Gira.
For a filmmaker whose work has inspired generations, his appreciation is a proud moment for Champion team. As the film readies for its Christmas release, the track is already adding to the excitement.
