Vivek Athreya scored a big success with the film Saripodha Sanivaram. There is a curiosity surrounding the director’s next film. However, Vivek has not provided clarity on the matter, and it looks like Karthi is the frontrunner to act under Vivek’s direction. During the event of Annagaru Ostaru, Karthi hinted at the same.
“Vivek, we just met recently. I look forward to our next meeting,” he said, talking about Vivek, who attended the event.
A few days back, there were speculations that Vivek Athreya is in talks to work with Superstar Rajinikanth. And then, the fresh rumors surfaced that Vivek is in discussions with Suriya. But now, Karthi seems to be showing interest in working with Vivek Athreya.
Vivek Athreya is a sensible filmmaker who can also work around the humour, which is Karthi’s strength. Already, Vivek seems to have narrated a script to Karthi, and the discussions are in progress. In a couple more meetings, the project will reportedly be finalized.
