‘Toxic’ Girl Deletes Instagram After Backlash?

While KGF actor Yash’s commanding screen presence in the first teaser of his upcoming film ‘Toxic : A Fairytale for Grown-ups’ has been receiving a roaring response, it is Brazilian model Beatriz Taufenbach who hogged the limelight for her intimate act in the brief glimpse. 

Amid ongoing debate on the uncensored cut of the teaser, there has been considerable amount of criticism aimed at the foreign actress for her steamy performance with Yash in the teaser. The controversy turned Beatriz Taufenbach into an overnight sensation and her Instagram page was reportedly flooded with comments and messages. 

As the curiosity over her identity increased, she quickly deactivated her Instagram page and went into incognito mode to avoid all this unnecessary attention and backlash from netizens. Beatriz is a Brazilian model and actress who started her career as a model in 2014. She is also a singer and dancer.

Immediately after the teaser gained traction, viewers started speculating about the identity of the foreign actress. Director Geetu Mohandas ended the suspense when she introduced Beatriz Taufenbach through an Instagram post last week. She now went offline all of sudden after the teaser sparked controversy for the adult scene. 

Meanwhile, the CBFC has responded on the complaints filed over the explicit content in the teaser. The board clarified that the glimpse released directly on YouTube and there is no provision to issue censor certificate for anything that falls outside the purview of its jurisdiction.

Toxic features Nayanthara, Rukmini Vasanth, Kiara Advani, Huma Qureshi, and Tara Sutaria. The film is set to clash at the box office with Dhurandhar Part 2 on March 19.
