The Anil Ravipudi directorial, which registered a massive 488.32K ticket sales on day one, held remarkably strong with 406.96K tickets sold in the last 24 hours- grabbing the top spot worldwide in online ticket bookings.
MSG amassed 36 Cr gross on its second day, pushing the film’s two-day worldwide tally to gigantic 120 Cr. Over 21.09K tickets were sold on BookMyShow in the last hour alone, with the hourly momentum remaining consistently high. Clearly, the film is emerging as the biggest festival blockbuster of the season.
Audiences are thrilled to see Chiranjeevi back in his comic-best avatar in a wholesome family role, while the film also packs plenty of mass-friendly elements. Victory Venkatesh’s special presence adds further charm and nostalgia.
With Sankranthi holidays beginning today, the film’s strong momentum is expected to continue throughout the festive week. Given its solid repeat value, MSG is poised for a long, successful theatrical run.
