Natural Star Nani’s much-awaited film The Paradise has officially shifted its release date. The film was initially slated to hit the screens on March 27, 2026, but has now been postponed to August 21, 2026. There were strong reports in the trade circles about a considerable amount of pending shoot work and the postponement has confirmed the same.
With this postponement, the Odela team now gets a comfortable five-month window to wrap up production and post-production without rushing. It’s a very safe and practical gap, giving the makers enough breathing space to deliver quality output for the fans.
The music is still being composed by Anirudh and he is also yet to compose the full album. This new date gives him also a breather.
Interestingly, as of now, there are no major Telugu releases locked for the August 21 window. While a few Hindi biggies like Salman Khan’s Battle of Galwan, Sunny Deol’s Lahore, and possibly Jailer 2 are expected around the Independence Day frame. But as there is nearly a one-week gap between August 15 and August 21, that cushion should minimize major damage at the box office for The Paradise.
All things considered, Nani seems to have chosen a smart date. The new release plan not only avoids pressure but also solves multiple issues for the team at this stage. Srikanth Odela directs this film on a very prestigious note and is Nani’s biggest film to date budget-wide. Kayadu Lohar, Raghav Juyal, Mohan Babu, and Sampoornesh Babu will be seen in key roles.
