Tovino Thomas, one of the most celebrated stars of Malayalam cinema, is all set to impress audiences with his upcoming high-budget film “Palli Chattambi.” The makers recently launched the film’s teaser and it promises another content driven film. Today, makers unveiled the trailer in multiple languages.
This prestigious project is scheduled for a grand theatrical release on April 10 in five languages, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, and Kannada. It opens intriguingly with the backdrop of a famous ancient church. Tovino Thomas is introduced as a Chattambi who is a local rowdy who appears both intense and playful.
The visuals show the love chemistry between Tovino and Kayadu Lohar. British cruelties towards villagers form a key part of the narrative. The film is set against the backdrop of British rule and local struggles. The intense fights along with jakes Bejoy thumping score elevates the trailer to next level. Set in the 1950s and 60s, this period film showcases Tovino Thomas in a completely new and impressive look. Backed by producers Noufal, Brijesh, and Chanakya Chaitanya Charan, the film is being made under the banners of Worldwide Films and C Cube Bros Entertainments. Directed by Dijo Jose Antony, “Palli Chattambi” stars Kayadu Lohar as the female lead.
