Last week’s releases, Biker starring Sharwanand and Rakasa featuring Sangeeth Sobhan, ended up with different outcomes at the box office.
Biker, which was acquired by Dil Raju for around 15 crore, is facing a tough run and may not fully recover its investment. The shortfall is likely to be adjusted through future deals with UV Creations, including Vishwambhara.
On the other hand, Rakasa managed a relatively better performance. The film was sold for about 4 crore in Andhra Pradesh, except in West and Krishna regions where the producers released it on their own. Mythri handled the film’s release in other areas, helping it maintain a decent run.
Overall, while Biker is struggling to meet expectations, Rakasa is holding steady with average returns.
