Last Minute Certificate Problem For Papam Prathap

ETV Win’s Papam Prathap was to release with Paid Premieres today. But then, it ran into a problem as the Censor Board sought ‘Animal Certificate’ at the last-minute. The certificate should be from the Animal Welfare Board that no animal was harmed in the shoot.

The makers are running pillar to post to get the certificate. There is uncertainity over the movie release until the clearance. The Paid Premieres are in doubt now. If it is not done today, there will be tension for noon shows tomorrow.
