After SVC, Another Telugu Banner for Salman Khan?

That Bollywood Superstar Salman Khan has green signalled a big-budget entertainer for Tollywood’s marquee producer Dil Raju and director Vamshi Paidipally is a known news and the regular shooting of this untitled project is already underway. The film is targeting EID 2027 for a massive pan-India release.

Meanwhile, another successful production house with Tollywood roots is in talks to pool money bags for Salman Khan’s superhero film which is currently in discussion stages.

Recently, it was revealed that Salman Khan is going to take plunge into the superhero genre with The Family Man creators Raj and DK for an interesting film. The filming is likely to commence in October this year and will be produced by Atul Agnihotri.

According to the latest buzz in Bollywood circles, Atul Agnihotri has reportedly approached Mythri Movie Makers of Tollywood to come on board as studio partner for Salman Khan’s film to make it even more bigger in terms of scale and vision.

As it is being planned as a big-scale project which huge canvas, Atul wants the backing of a renowned production house like to not compromise on budget and scope.

Mythri Movie Makers have already expanded their horizon beyond Tollywood with a bunch of upcoming pan-India projects including a big hit in Hindi Jaat. Now, they aim to make a strong footprint in Bollywood as well and might agree to come on board for Salman Khan’s film. This will be the first time that Salman Khan is going to work with Tollywood producers for back-to-back projects.

Ironically, these two production houses are at odds over the theatre percentage system, which has surprised everyone.

If everything goes as planned, an official announcement about this project will be made very soon and the collaboration with Mythri Movie Makers will also be revealed during this occasion.

Earlier, there were reports that Samantha will play the leading lady. However, the news turned out to be false. The team is currently busy with the script work and more details about the casting will be out once everything else is sorted out.
