Maa Inti Bangaaram is gearing up for its release on June 19 and has already generated considerable buzz among audiences. The project has been created by Raj Nidimoru, one half of the celebrated filmmaker duo Raj & DK, known for delivering acclaimed content across films and web series.
In a recent interview with Gulte pro, Raj reflected on the challenges he and DK faced during the early stages of their careers. He revealed that the duo decided to become producers after realizing how difficult it was to bring their creative vision to life while working under traditional production setups.
Raj recalled an incident involving a film starring Tusshar Kapoor, produced by Ekta Kapoor. Despite having a script and a clear vision, they were often asked to make compromises and adjustments that did not align with their creative instincts.
The experience made them understand the limitations filmmakers can face when they do not have control over the production process.
Determined to tell stories on their own terms, Raj and DK ventured into production.
Their goal was to create content they truly believed in and have the freedom to decide how scenes were shot, narrated, and presented on screen. This decision proved to be a turning point in their careers.
Since then, the duo has produced several successful projects, including The Family Man and many other popular web series that have earned widespread appreciation.
