The other day, Sharwanand’s next with Sreenu Vaitla had its launch. The movie was supposed to be produced by Mythri Movie Makers but then, Anil Sunkara is now on board and is bankrolling the film.
Mythri Movie Makers is saying that they have their hands full and so could not accommodate the film. But then, there are rumors in the industry that the movie budget and remunerations were too high to be viable.
Sharwanand, then, took the film to Anil Sunkara and the hero and the director is doing for Remuneration and Profit Sharing.
Buzz is that Sharwa demanded 12 Crore from Mythri and is now taking 6 Crore plus Profit Share from Anil Sunkara. Vaitla will take 2 Crore and Profit Share.
The movie is tentatively titled ‘George Krish’ and reportedly is about Time Travel. Samajavaragamana fame Nandu has given story for this film. The movie is already announced for Sankranthi 2027 release.
But then, some feel it is a big risk because the distributors will hesitate to pay big given multiple options for Sankranthi. Also, there will be theaters problem.
The same issue happened for Sharwanand and Anil Sunkara’s Nari Nari Naduma Murari as well.
But then, the hero and producer are confident saying that they will lock the buyers and theaters well in advance this time.
