Superstar Rajinikanth has been the focal point of Tamil discussions for the last few months, and this got elevated when Vijay got elected as the chief minister of the state. There were multiple theories and narratives about how Rajinikanth supported the DMK and how he is unable to process the uprise of Vijay.

This blabber reached a new point today when Rajinikanth was asked by media why he did not wish Thalapathy Vijay on social media on the occasion of his birthday yesterday.

He had a strong reaction to the same as he said he wished personally and implied that there’s no need to have a public reaction on the same.

Speaking at his next film Dharman event today, Rajinikanth said people find fault with him when he is silent on some matter as they feel he must voice his opinion. But at the same time, even if he speaks out, there is a section of people who think he must remain silent or feel that he might have reacted in a different manner.
