After scoring laurels for his impressive performance in Peddi, Ram Charan is now gearing up for his next project. He will join forces with Pushpa fame director Sukumar for the second time after Rangasthalam. Tentatively titled RC17, the film is likely to go on floors in November this year.
Interestingly, the makers are considering two hotshot composers for this big-budget flick. Initially, Dhurandhar sensation and National Award winner Shashwat Sachdev made headlines as the potential musician who is likely to come on board for RC17. Reports are rife that the happening music director is set to commence the sessions very soon.
However, the team is said to be exploring other possibilities as well. Now, another crazy name has started making rounds in the industry circles.
Young prodigy Sai Abhyankkar, who is currently the toast of South cinema with biggies like Raaka and Suriya 48 in his kitty, is also said to be in talks with Sukumar. Reports suggest that he recently met Sukumar and had a discussion about the collaboration.
Both these in-form and talented composers are the forerunners to make the cut. For now, Uri and Article 370 fame Shashwat Sachdev has an edge over Sai Abhyankkar. Once Sukumar and his team take the final call and sort out all modalities, one of these crazy composers will kick start the music sittings.
Either of them joining this high profile project is bound to create ripples for sure because of the solid impact they created in recent times.
