You’ll connect with Chennai Love Story Emotion: Kiran Abbavaram

Actor Kiran Abbavaram had one of the most emotional moments of his career during the Chennai Love Story pre-release event as Megastar Chiranjeevi attended the function as the chief guest. Overwhelmed by the occasion, Kiran recalled his childhood memories and described sharing the stage with the legendary actor as a dream come true.

“As kids, we watched Megastar and Power Star events on TV from our hometown. Today, standing on the same stage as the hero of a film, with Megastar Chiranjeevi garu attending as chief guest, is one of the most unforgettable moments of my life. My elder brother has always been a die-hard Megastar fan, while I grew up as a Power Star fan. We celebrated every release by putting up banners and creating a festival-like atmosphere in theatres.”

Kiran then summed up what Chiranjeevi means to millions of Telugu cinema lovers. “Chiranjeevi is not just a name… it’s an emotion.” He praised the legendary actor’s unmatched presence, whether it was dance, performance, screen charisma or swag. “Whether it is dancing, acting, or sheer screen presence, Megastar has always been unique. Watching him inspires every actor.”

Kiran further said that Chiranjeevi continues to motivate countless youngsters by proving that dreams can become reality. “You sit at the Everest of cinema and inspire us to keep climbing without getting tired. You make us believe that we too can achieve something extraordinary.” Turning his attention to the film, Kiran appreciated producers SKN, Sai Rajesh and Dheeraj, saying their unwavering passion for cinema kept the entire team motivated throughout production.

He described his role of Steven Sankar as one of the most personal and emotionally connected characters of his career. “After films like Ka and K-Ramp, Chennai Love Story gave me a character that connected deeply with me on a personal level. Steven Shankar will always remain special.”
