MB Failed in Mangapuram, All Eyes on Paradise’s Maalik

Mohan Babu is a versatile actor. The Pedarayudu actor is back in the limelight as he continues to bag important roles in films of late. The latest is that he was recently seen in Mahesh Babu’s nephew Jaya Krishna Ghattamaneni’s acting debut, Srinivasa Mangapuram.

Expectations were high for Mohan Babu’s character in Mangapuram, but it failed to leave a mark. Directed by Ajay Bhupathi, MB’s role couldn’t make a lasting impact.

Now, all eyes are on Nani and Srikanth Odela’s much-awaited The Paradise. Mohan Babu will be seen as Shikanja Maalik. The recently released look and teaser have garnered good attention.

Ever since Mohan Babu was roped in for The Paradise, there has been a strong buzz in industry circles. As the film nears completion and is all set to hit the screens on September 24, the hype and buzz surrounding it are only escalating.

Directors like SS Rajamouli have successfully banked on Mohan Babu, casting him as Lord Yama in the socio-fantasy film Yama Donga, starring Jr NTR in the lead role. Will Srikanth Odela recreate that magic with MB in The Paradise? Will Mohan Babu score a hit with The Paradise after Srinivasa Mangapuram failed to make an impact? Let’s wait and watch.
