Karikaala 1st Look: Sundeep Kishan’s Fierce Warrior Avatar

Sundeep Kishan’s pan-India project with director Ugandhar Muni has been titled Karikaala, and the makers have accompanied the announcement with a remarkable first-look poster that showcases the film’s massive ambitions.

Unlike anything seen in Sundeep Kishan’s career so far, the actor is introduced as a fierce warrior in an enchanting fantasy landscape.

Mounted on horseback with a sword in hand and accompanied by a roaring lion, his commanding presence immediately establishes the film’s epic scale and adventurous tone.

Set against the backdrop of an imaginative world inspired by classic Chandamama fairy tales, Karikaala promises a magical journey filled with mythical creatures, powerful kingdoms, ancient legends, wolves, lions, and supernatural elements.

For Sundeep Kishan, Karikaala represents an entirely new creative direction. His never-before-seen makeover, distinctive costume, and intense warrior persona underline the scale of preparation that has gone into bringing this unique character to life.

Produced by Mahidhar Reddy and Rajashekhar Annabhimoju under Shining Pictures, the film reunites director Ugandhar Muni with large-scale fantasy storytelling after the success of Shambhala. Sricharan Pakala scores the music.

The movie has been designed as a two-part saga. Chapter 1 is scheduled for release on July 2, 2027, while Chapter 2 will follow just a few months later on October 28, 2027.
