Tollywood’s Hit Streak Now Rests On The Paradise

Tollywood is going through one of its best phases. In fact, these many successes and that too back-to-back were never heard-of. Since Peddi, the Telugu film industry saw superhits and blockbusters like Maa Inti Bangaram, Lenin, Chennai Love Story, Korean Kanakaraju, Viswanath And Sons, Irumudi.

Telugu-dubbed films like Veerabhadurud and DC have also stunned the trade with its box-office numbers. In fact, each month there is one major blockbuster that is setting the BO on fire.

Now, all eyes are on Nani’s The Paradise. While Irumudi became a huge blockbuster in August, September started with a slow pace. The first two weeks of September have disappointed the distributors and exhibitors. With this, the whole industry is eagerly looking forward to The Paradise and Nani is a ray of hope.

Nani’s films have always worked at the ticket windows and very rarely they disappointed. Nani’s films are considered a minimum guarantee at the box-office. But The Paradise is carrying immense buzz and massive hype.

Anirudh’s trending songs, Nani-Srikanth’s Dasara hit combo and Nani’s never-seen-before mass elements have raised the expectations bar of The Paradise. Nani during his latest media interaction looked and sounded highly confident adding to the hype.

With last week’s releases disappointing and the second weekend also the same, the big question on everyone’s lips in Tollywood is whether The Paradise will continue the Tollywood’s hit streak.
