FL: Sivagami Turns Kamala Reddy!

Remember Sivagami from Baahubali? Ramya Krishnan is now set to surprise audiences once again with her powerful look as Kamala Reddy in David Reddy. The makers celebrated her birthday by unveiling a striking special poster, and her fierce royal avatar has already grabbed attention.

With a sword in her hand and a fearless expression, Ramya Krishnan looks every bit like a warrior queen. Her powerful screen presence instantly reminds fans of Sivagami, but Kamala Reddy appears to be a completely different character with her own strength, authority and emotional depth.

Starring Manchu Manoj in the lead, David Reddy is a grand period action drama set during the British rule. The teaser already showcased Manoj’s explosive transformation as a rebel, while Ramya Krishnan’s birthday poster has added more curiosity about the powerful characters in the film.

Produced by Venkat Reddy Nallagangula and Bharat Motukuri, the film is directed by Hanuma Reddy Yakkanti, with music by Ravi Basrur. Maria Ryaboshapka stars opposite Manoj, while Samuthirakani, Abhay Deol, Kanchana and Ramya Krishnan are part of the ensemble cast.

The multilingual pan-India film is gearing up for a theatrical release soon, and Ramya Krishnan’s Kamala Reddy is certainly one of the characters to watch out for.
