Character artist Srihari’s son Meghamsh Srihari who debuted with Rajdooth in 2019 is coming back with a new movie titled Aasmaan. The makers launched the film’s teaser today and the initial premise seems to be generating curiosity.

Going by the teaser, it starts off with a dark premise, setting up the tone that it is going to be eerie and intense by talking about a cult group. With a leader guiding people into a mysterious path, there are a lot of questions that the teaser drops about the film’s story. And then, Meghamsh is introduced and he is on a mission to solve a crisis.

The makers cleverly cut the teaser in such a way that it creates a good first impression and also raises interest in the movie. The team calls it an edge of the seat thriller that gives the audiences a breathless, ruthless and raw cinematic ride. Technically, the film looks good and Meghamsh is yet to be revealed fully in the teaser. We could see him in a few shots while also performing stunts.

Having said that, the concept looks familiar and certain elements seem to have been reminding of some other films. With Meghamsh who is also relatively new to the screen, there could have been established cast in the film to have an immersive experience. Other than that, the film’s teaser looks good.

Ram Nandhan is the director of the movie and he is producing it under Klin Kaara Celluloids. Prashanth Vihari is the music director. More details of the film are awaited.
