From September, Telugu films have started making way to OTT platforms and in the last couple of months, many films have released. Almost all the films disappointed but out of nowhere released ‘Gatham’ in November.
This is a suspense thriller and it was made by NRIs, completely shot in the USA. The film got a positive response and even the critics were impressed too. It was a surprise winner.
And now ‘Gatham’ made a rare feat by getting to be part of International Film Festival of India (IFFI). The film has been selected for screening under Indian Panorama category.
The film festival will take place from January 16th to 21st and it will be broadcasted online, for greater public participation owing to the testing times.
Directed by Kiran Kondamadugula, the film stars Bhargava Poludasu, Rakesh Galebhe and Poojitha Kuraparthi.
