Megastar Enters Theatre Business With World’s Largest Screen

Asian Cinemas, one of the leading retail film exhibitors in Telangana and associated with superstars like Mahesh Babu, Allu Arjun, Vijay Deverakonda, is now all set to partner with Mega Star Chiranjeevi. Asian Cinemas and Mega Star Chiranjeevi are joining forces for something like never before, that is World’s Largest Cinema Screens. And that too in Hyderabad.

As Hyderabad is said to be Cinema Capital of India, Asian Cinemas and Mega Star Chiranjeevi will be coming up with this huge collaboration for the World’s Largest Cinema Screens. This will be coming at a huge premium property in Hyderabad’s Financial District and set to give the mega thrilling and chilling movie-watching experience. This could be named as Asian Chiranjeevi Cinemas (ACC) or Asian Megastar Cinemas (AMC)

Currently, Traumpalast Leonberg in Germany holds the Guinness World Record for the largest operating cinema screen. Its screen is 127 feet wide and 69 feet tall, covering around 8,770 square feet with 574 recliners capacity and features IMAX dual laser technology.

Another massive screen is at Royal Cinemas 14 IMAX Dual Laser in Pooler, Georgia, USA. The screen is 101 feet wide and 76.2 feet tall, covering around 7,696 square feet with 363 recliners capacity.

The proposed Asian Cinemas-Chiranjeevi project in Hyderabad is now attracting attention because of its ambitious scale. If the planned screen matches or exceeds these dimensions, it could put Hyderabad on the global cinema map.

More details about the premium property and its screen are expected to be announced soon. Hyderabad thus is going to retain its reputation and name as the Cinema Capital of India.
