Ranbir Kapoor Apologises For His Slip Of The Tongue

Ranbir Kapoor has apologised following his controversial statement at a Ramayana event in Kolkata yesterday. The actor’s speech went viral on social media after he made a slip of the tongue while talking about the epic and its message.

During the event, Ranbir said, “Burai kitni bhi ho, aakhir mein anth sachai aur achhai ki hi hogi.” The statement attracted attention, with many pointing out that he should have emphasised that goodness ultimately triumphs over evil.

His words quickly became a topic of discussion online, with several users criticising the actor. At another event today, Ranbir apologised to fans for his mistake. His apology has brought some relief to the situation.

When an actor takes on a film like Ramayana, expectations go beyond performance. Audiences also expect the leading stars to understand the epic and its values. Even a simple mistake in a public speech can trigger strong reactions on social media.

Ranbir is one of Bollywood’s biggest stars, and his involvement in Ramayana has generated enormous expectations. Naturally, every statement he makes about the epic will receive attention.

The good thing is that Ranbir has reportedly acknowledged his mistake and apologised. While such slips can happen during public appearances, greater care is needed. Ramayana Part 1 also stars Sai Pallavi and Yash in key roles.
