Pic Talk: Chay’s Bhishmasana

Naga Chaitanya is not quite active on social media. However, his doting wife Samantha Akkineni is pretty active online. Chay’s fitness secrets are being divulged by Sam these days. The latest is Sam has posted Chay’s Bhishmasana pose on her instagram status. When Chay’s fan asked Sam to post a relaxing yoga picture of Chaitanya, Sam shared the picture.

Much to everyone’s shock, Chay was seen spread over with the support of some wooden poles. He is balancing his full body on about 7 wooden poles. Each hand is placed on a wooden pole and so each leg, while his head is rested on another wooden pole, the neck and back are balanced on each wooden pole respectively.

Of late, Samantha, Rakul Preet, Amala Paul, Anushka Sharma are posing various yoga postures and taking many by surprise. All these actors have honed their yoga skills during lockdown. The fitness enthusiast Sam seems to be inspiring Chay as well. Meanwhile, Chaitanya is waiting for the release of Sekhar Kammula’s Love Story in which he paired up with Sai Pallavi.
