Rumour: Samantha Signed A Deal With Sony Pictures

Before the lockdown, the big news is that queen bee Samantha has signed two films, one with Vignesh Shivan that also has Vijay Sethupathi and Nayantara in the leads, and another one with director Ashwini Saravanan of Game Over fame. But it looks like, the lockdown has given new thoughts to the actress.

While there is neither any confirmation nor denial about the rumours popping up that Samantha has walked out of these two films, here comes an interesting rumour. Apparently the saucy actress who has broken all the shackles that married actresses can’t be star heroines is said to have signed a major deal with Sony Pictures.

Her next film will be directed by a newcomer and will be made in Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Malayalam as well, while a Hindi release is also on the cards. Sony Pictures will produce this film and Samantha’s team will be supervising the production as per the rumours emerging from film circles.

This is the second major corporate deal for Samantha after working with Amazon Prime Video, in case if she signed it for real.
