Kalyan Rejects Maruthi’s Proposal?

Director Maruthi is yet to officially announce his next movie. The star filmmaker scored a hit with Prathi Roju Pandage but no big heroes is showing interest to work with him now.

The director already tested his luck with Ram, Sharwanand and Ravi Teja during the lockdown. Ravi Teja was ready to do the film with Maruthi but the director could not impress the actor with a potential script. Now, the latest reports reveal to us that another actor shut doors to work with Maruthi.

Maruthi approached Kalyan Ram Nandamuri with a script that the actor initially liked. But, Maruthi does not want to direct the film. The director has set up a team and decided to produce the movies for which he will provide the scripts. Similarly, Maruthi put his proposal forward to Kalyan Ram that he will not direct the film but pool the resources for it. Kalyan Ram is in need of a hit with a familiar director and hence he reportedly declined the proposal that Maruthi brought in.

Probably, it is high time that Maruthi should be serious about doing a film with star hero and then execute all his other ideas.
