Nagarjuna’s Wild Dog Sold To Netflix

Nagarjuna Akkineni, in the recent times, was quite busy shooting for his upcoming Wild Dog and of course the Bigg Boss show. But the film, and the Bigg Boss show have finally been completed. The film is directed by Ashishor Solomon and produced by Niranjan Reddy and Anvesh Reddy under Matinee Entertainment.

As per the latest report, the film is going to skip release in theatres and will directly release on OTT platform. It is said that Netflix bought the rights of the film for Rs 27 crores. It wasn’t expected that Nagarjuna’s film will release on OTT even after the theatres have opened.

”Wild Dog” is based on the true incidents and Nagarjuna plays a National Investigation Agency officer Vijay Varma. The film has Dia Mirza, Saiyami Kher, Atul Kulkarni, Ali Reza and Appaji Ambarisha Darbha in pivotal roles.

Another report is stated that the action drama will reportedly release on January 26 to coincide with Republic Day. An official confirmation is awaited from the makers of the film.
