Where Did Praveeen Sattaru’s Next Stuck?

Praveen Sattaru’s last film PSV Garuda Vega was released in Nov 2017. Since then there have been several rumours and speculations about his next project. His long delayed Pullela Gopichand biopic with Sudheer Babu also didn’t take off. And Praveen’s various efforts to start his next project didn’t turn fruitful for some or the other reason.

It is well known that Praveen has been working on a proposed project for Nagarjuna Akkineni. Praveen has earlier narrated the idea to Nag which the latter was highly impressed. The character of the protagonist demands intensity, honesty and sincerity.

Nag would be seen as an Income Tax officer and wanted the whole film to be a gripping investigative thriller. Nag had asked Praveen to work on the script and finish it. However, Nag is said to be not fully convinced with Praveen’s script and Praveen is still working on fine tuning the script. Praveen is reportedly working hard to impress Nag.

It was rumoured that the film was inspired by Ajay Devgn’s Raid. However, Praveen had denied the rumours and clarified that it’s an original idea and the story was written by him. Meanwhile, it’s over 3 years since Praveen’s last film Garuda Vega got released and Praveen’s next film is yet to take off. Naturally, there is a lot of pressure on Praveen to complete the script for Nag’s film and impress him.
