Nani’s Ante Sundaraniki In Trouble!

Nani’s most awaited film Ante Sundaraniki has garnered a lot of curiosity with its interesting premise and teaser. The ‘Gossip Alert’ did create good buzz. The film revolves around a gossip of the protagonist Sundaram played by Nani. And here is the ‘gossip’ doing the rounds in the tinsel town.

Pelli Choopulu and Mental Madhilo producer Raj Kandukuri has lodged a complaint against Nani’s Ante Sundaraniki. Raj complained with the Producers Council that the film should be originally produced by him as director Vivek Athreya has a prior commitment with his production house. Going into details, Raj Kandukuri had given ‘break’ to director Vivek Athreya and launched him as director for Mental Madhilo. Raj has an agreement with director Vivek for his immediate film under his production house Dharmapatha Creations.

However, Vivek got another offer for his second directorial Brochevarevarura to be produced by Vijay Kumar Manyam under Manyam Productions. Raj Kandukuri had given his consent to this project on condition that Vivek should do his third directorial film under his banner. Vivek too had reportedly agreed that he would do his third directorial under Raj Kandukuri’s production. With the success of Brochevarevarura, Vivek Athreya is flooded with offers from big banners including Mythri Movie Makers. That’s how Vivek has went ahead with Ante Sundaraniki with Nani and Mythri Movie Makers. Naturally, this hasn’t gone down well with Raj Kandukuri.

Raj Kandukuri wants Mythri to settle him before going ahead with the film. The talks are going on. Some bigwigs in the film fraternity are trying to resolve the issue. More details are awaited.
