Already, our veteran heroes are struggling to get a heroine for their movies. Amid this crisis, the very few actresses who would not look much younger than our heroes, are rejecting the roles offered. They have their own reasons, but the filmmakers of these movies are forced to put their heroine-search back to square one.
While Chiru’s Acharya kickstarted huge with the teaser on the other day, his next film, Lucifer’s remake is making it to the news equally. Kajal Aggarwal paired up Chiru once again for Acharya after Khaidi No 150. It was rumored that Nayanthara is in talks to pair opposite Chiru in Lucifer.
The latest we hear is Nayanthara gave up the offer of Chiru’s Lucifer. Though there is no clarity on the reasons for her rejecting the role, Nayanthara seems to have decided not to be part of Chiru’s Lucifer.
Well, the reason could be that there is no ‘heroine’ or any prominence for that role in Mohan Lal’s Lucifer. Nayanthara might have left the offer to pass as she expected nothing much to perform in the role added in the Telugu version. Nayan attracted applause for her performance in Chiru’s Sye Raa earlier.
Reasons apart, Chiru’s Lucifer team is on the search of a new heroine for now.
