Uppena BO: Grand First Week on Cards

One film which is making a positive buzz for a long time is Uppena. Directed by Buchibabu Sana, this movie launches Megastar Chiranjeevi’s nephew Panjaa Vaishnav Tej as the lead hero. Krithi Shetty is playing the female lead in it. The film is all set to release on the 12th of this month.

According to the trade circles, the distributors are increasing the ticket prices for this movie. It will be around Rs. 150 for the single screens and up to Rs. 200 for the multiplexes. Looking at this move, it seems like the makers are aiming for break-even in the first weekend itself.

Music played an important role in generating good buzz for this film. Apparently, Uppena has done the biggest pre-release business among the films that released after the pandemic crisis.

On the whole, it is now sure that the movie will get a thumping opening for sure. We just have to see how it manages to maintain the momentum.
