This day is never easy: Venkatesh Gets Emotional

It’s been six years since the passing away of legendary producer Daggubati Ramanaidu. On February 18th in 2015, Ramanaidu breathed his last due to age related health issues. His demise has left a void in Telugu film industry as there will be none like ‘Movie Mogul.’

Remembering his father hero victor Venkatesh got emotional. Taking to his social media handles, Venky wrote, “Even after all these years, this day is never easy. Thank you for all the memories Nana. Love you and miss you.” This shows how affectionate Venky was with his father.

Suresh Productions too paid tributes to their founder. The verified Twitter handle wrote, “Remembering our founder, the legend and one of the greatest producers this country has seen! We miss you everyday! You continue to live forever in our hearts.”

Having stepped into the film industry in 1963, Ramanaidu went to produce nearly 150 films across 13 Indian languages. No producer has ever made such films and his record still remains intact.
