How is Zombie Reddy performing at the box office? Did it recover its investment? The film directed by Prashnath Varma is doing decent business in its third week, says producers. But, the film has recovered all the investment. Starring Teja Sajja, Zombie Reddy amassed Rs 15 Crore gross worldwide thus far.
Despite receiving divide talk, Zombie Reddy made good business at box office. Prashnath Reddy proved that, he can handle comedy and commercial subjects as well, as he is known for making experimental films. Of course, Zombie Reddy is also an atypical subject; it had all the commercial elements incorporated in it.
OTT business of the film is expected to be closed soon, while Hindi and satellite rights fetched its makers 4.5 Crore.
Prashanth Varma was under tremendous pressure before the release of the film, but the result might have given him big relief. On the other hand, Teja Sajja is on cloud nine with the box office response and moreover he’s lauded for pulling off the role with ease.
