Director Anil Ravipudi, who is currently busy with F3, is said to have bought an expensive villa in a posh locality in Hyderabad. The star writer-director has reportedly shelled out over Rs 12 Crore to purchase this plum villa in Kondapur. The interior works are yet to be done. Once the villa is ready, he will move into the villa with his family.
Ravipudi is basking in the success. Last year, he delivered Sarileru Neekevvaru with Mahesh which changed his fortunes in the industry. He charges over Rs 10 Crore as his remuneration per film.
Currently, he is directing Venkatesh and Varun Tej for F2 sequel. Meanwhile, he is also presenting Gaali Sampath for which he provided screenplay and director-supervision. He is expected to team up with Mahesh Babu again depending on the latter’s commitments.
Last year, Sukumar too had bought a villa near Chirec international school in Kondapur for over 12 Crore. Three months ago, Sukumar performed the house-warming ceremony as well. Sukumar and family are yet to move into their new house
