Bollywood top hero Ranbir Kapoor has tested positive of Covid-19. This was confirmed by Ranbir’s mother Neetu Kapoor. Taking to her Instagram handle, Neetu posted a picture of Ranbir and confirmed the news.
“Thank you for your concern and your good wishes. Ranbir has tested positive for Covid-19. He is on medication and recovering well. He is in self-quarantine at home and following all precautions,” wrote Neetu.
This news is a shocker as until last week Ranbir was shooting for his upcoming movie ‘Brahmastra.’ It is yet to be known how Ranbir contracted the virus and about the team of ‘Brahmastra’ and especially his girlfriend Alia Bhatt who is always by his side.
Meanwhile India has added 15,388 new COVID-19 cases while the total cases stand at 1,12,44,786 and total recoveries are at 1,08,99,394.
