Bollywood actress Alia Bhatt is in self-isolation. The actress is expected to join the shoot for RRR from the 12th day of March, but the recent and unexpected changes forced her to stay quarantined. This leaves the team of RRR in dilemma on when she would be joining back to shoot her part.
Alia Bhatt had to go under quarantine as her boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and also the director Sanjay Leela Bhansali who is directing her film Gangubai Kathiawadi, both tested positive for Covid-19. While Ranbir Kapoor is said to have got infected on Brahmastra sets, Sanjay seems to have got it from Gangubai Kathiawadi sets.
Many other actors who took part in the shoot for these films are getting tested for Covid-19. Alia reportedly tested negative but is under self-isolation for obvious reasons. According to the reports, Alia Bhatt takes the Covid-19 test almost everyday and she tested negative in her latest one as well.
The Covid-19 cases in Maharashtra have suddenly spiked up and many other filmmakers are heard to be worrying about their shooting delays.
