Buzz: ‘Professor’ Character Becomes An Obsession

For people who are familiar with the character ‘Professor’, surely they will understand why more and more people become his fans. And for the unknown, Netflix’s super hit web series Money Heist, a dubbed English version of Spanish TV drama La Casa De Papel, the lead character named ‘Professor’ is a super hit one.

From the way ‘Professor’ begins the plot of this series as an anti-hero and the way he falls in love with a police boss, and how he handles his team to loot the currency printing mint of Spain, the character arc is really terrific. We hear that many heroes actually want to do a similar character on the silver screen very soon. And some Bollywood heroes are sharing their pictures in suits and spectacles, where they look like Alvaro Morte, who played the role of Professor.

Cut to Tollywood, even Telugu star heroes are also keeping a tab on this character and said to have asked some writers and directors to create a character that is close to Money Heist’s main lead. But then, what will be the story they are going to set if they want to do a Professor character? That’s the main thing here.
