Bhumika In Nag’s Bangarraju?

It has been quite a while since Nagarjuna announced the film Bangarraju. Touted to be a spinoff of his own film Soggade Chinni Nayana, this new project hasn’t been going on the floors for multiple reasons. We now hear that all the obstacles are cleared and the makers are planning to begin the shooting soon.

According to the sources, actress Bhumika Chawla is in consideration to play a key role in the movie. Apparently, the talks are going on with the actress and an official announcement will be made once she signs the dotted lines. We are still unaware of her character in the movie.

Bhumika and Nagarjuna have earlier acted together in the film Snehamante Idera. If she comes on board for Bangarraju, the film marks their reunion after two decades. Bangarraju will also feature Naga Chaitanya in a pivotal role. Kalyana Krishna will be the director of this project. Nag is producing it under the banner of Annapurna Studios.
