Thanks to the trailer, Kangana Ranaut-starrer Thalaivi’s theatrical biz has picked up the pace. The film’s business, which initially got a lukewarm response, has been overturned with the gripping trailer that showed multiple layers in the film. It is learnt that the film’s Telugu version has caught trade’s attention and it is buzzed that the film has got trade offers on par with Master’s Telugu.
As the film is all set for release on 23rd April, the makers are on the verge of closing the business. Considering the humongous fanbase of ‘Thalaivi’ Jayalalithaa, director AL Vijay has taken extreme care in crafting this film. Inside buzz is that Kangana has breathed life into her role. The clandestine love story between Jayalalithaa and MGR portrayed in the film is said to be the film’s central point besides which the film would explore the fall and rise of Jayalalithaa.
The film’s ensemble cast includes Prakash Raj, Samuthirakani, Nassar, Madhubala besides others. It needs to be seen, what is in store for Thalaivi.
