Naga Chaitanya and Sai Pallavi’s most awaited Love Story has been postponed. Given the surge in Covid-19 cases and uncertainty looming large over the continuation of 100 percent occupancy in cinemas, the makers of Love Story has decided to defer the film’s release. However, the film’s new release date has been not yet confirmed.
Director Sekhar Kammula, hero Naga Chaitanya and producer Sunil Narang in unison has decided to postpone the film. It is learnt that the makers are eyeing for a first-week release of May. However, it depends on then circumstances. The film’s song Saranga Dariya has set new records online. The film managed to garner good buzz.
The last week’s releases Nagarjuna’s Wild Dog and Karthi’s Sulthan turned out to be big disappointments at the ticket windows which could be one of the main reasons for postponing Love Story’s release.
Meanwhile, this sudden move is expected to work in favour of Pawan Kalyan’s comeback film Vakeel Saab which is releasing tomorrow.
